Who we are
JTech Shift is a service of JTech Shift LLC ("JTech", "we"). These terms cover your use of www.jtechshift.com and the JTech Shift client portal.
Your client agreement comes first
Clients sign a Master Services Agreement in the portal before any work starts. It sets the services, fees, billing and cancellation. If it and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Your account
Keep your portal login to yourself and tell us right away at jesse@jtechshift.com if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Connected accounts
When you connect a service such as Slack or Google Drive, you approve the access yourself and can remove it at any time from that service's settings or by asking us. We use that access only to provide the work you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Google user data section.
Acceptable use
Don't use JTech Shift to break the law, to send spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to get into another client's workspace or our systems.
Your content
Your files and data stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to run your agents and provide the service. Work your agents make for you is yours.
AI output
Your agents use AI and can make mistakes. Review important work (money, legal, anything sent to customers) before you rely on it.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll tell clients about material changes.
Limits
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, JTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. Liability for client services is set by your signed agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
