Meet Jesse Malsack, Founder of JTech Shift

I'm an IT and cybersecurity professional with 7 years of hands-on experience securing networks, systems and data for small and mid-sized businesses. I hold the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS) certification (A+, Network+, Security+).

I also run my own ecommerce business, which has shipped thousands of orders and runs on the same AI system I now set up for clients. It handles listings, pricing, customer follow-ups and daily reports, so my small team can focus on growth.

JTech Shift brings that system to your business: AI agents built around how you already work, set up on your own private, secure server, with the security standards I use every day in IT.

Built by an operator, secured by an IT pro.
