What we collect
When you book a demo, we get only what you type in the form: your name, business name, email, phone (if you add it), what you want help with and the best time to reach you. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
If you are a client, we also keep your login email and name so you can sign in, plus what you share with your agent to do the work you ask for.
Who helps us run the service
Our website and forms run on Wix. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It does not tell us who you are.
We use trusted service providers, including secure AI processing services, under contracts that protect your data. Your data is never used to train AI models.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Google user data
If you choose Connect Google Drive in your client portal, you sign in with Google and approve access yourself. Here is exactly what that means.
What we access. We ask for one permission only: Google's drive.file scope. It lets your agents see and work with only the Drive files you pick for them or that they create for you. We cannot see the rest of your Drive, your Gmail, your contacts or anything else in your Google account. We also receive your Google account email so we can show which account is connected.
Why. So your agents can read the business files you give them and save the documents they make for you (reports, drafts, spreadsheets) back to your Drive. We use it for nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, no selling, and no reading files you did not share.
How it's stored. The access token Google gives us is encrypted in Google Cloud Secret Manager as a secret that belongs to your account alone. Only your own private workspace can read it. It is never shared with another client and never shown to anyone.
Who it goes to. Nobody else, except the secure AI processing services that do the work you ask your agents for, and only the file content needed for that task. Google user data is never used to train or improve AI models.
Limited Use. JTech Shift's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How to revoke. Remove JTech Shift at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email jesse@jtechshift.com and we will disconnect it. When access is revoked or you cancel, we delete the stored token right away and any copies of your Drive files within 90 days of cancellation.
How we keep it safe
Every client gets their own private, separate workspace. Your data never mixes with anyone else's.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as you're a client or as needed to provide the service, then delete it on request or within 90 days of cancellation.
